WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU: We understand that everyone has a unique situation. This is why we are as dedicated to keeping those living with disabilities as independent as possible.  

OUR SERIVICES - Are all provided to Individuals enrolled on an Ohio Home and Community-based care waiver. (Level 1, IO, SELF)

• Provide Light Housekeeping
• Assist with Laundry & Ironing
• Provide Medication Reminders\Assist with giving Medication
• Arrange Appointments
• Meal Preparation (Planning, Grocery Shopping)
• Bathing/Dressing Care
• Community Outings (Movies, Bowling, Dances, Etc..)
• Medical Appointments
• Personal Cook (per request)

NON-Medical Transportation  

• Transportation to and from day programs, workshops, and work

PRIVATE PAY - Services available

•  Individual Care Plan assembled by Client and our Care Team!!!

STAFF- Are carefully selected (screened & BCI), and must be unselfish, patient, caring and trained (individual specific). We consider the individual that we are servicing, and select staff members that will best fit their personality as well as personal needs. Option of interviewing caregivers first!!!
